Real Nation worked closely with EY to produce a survey on a modern professional accountancy apprenticeship they are developing. We needed to approach pupils, parents and teachers seeking their input into the project. We produced and distributed over 10,000 surveys and the subsequent report utilising the EY corporate brand guidelines. We needed to present detailed information in a simple and intuitive fashion depicting the findings of the survey.
Unlike the current university approach (e.g. obtain a degree in a business area, then complete accountancy training and exams), this programme offers students a unique blend of 50% tuition and 50% ‘on the job’ training for school-leavers while supervised by a fully trained mentor. A number of EY’s partners started their careers on this path and it has proven to be most effective in attracting talent that are not going down the degree route.
