Keepin’ it Real...
After first delivering the Food Dudes message to all corners of the (slightly wild) West, Ruth has been keepin’ it real within Real Nation since 2015 as Head of Education. With a focus on quality and progression within all our programmes, Ruth’s typical day includes the roles of question-asker, sleeve-roller, ponderer and quantity surveyor.
Handing over a portfolio of exceptional programmes with vast achievements and even more potential to John, Ruth is now taking up the mantle of Chief Strategy Officer. The target: continuing to realise the opportunity for impact.
Nonetheless, Ruth will never deny her soft spot for Food Dudes, having grown the Food Dudes programme from 380 schools annually to 1,400, whilst keeping the integral psychological principles and results very much intact.
Ruth has a B.A. in International Relations and has previously worked with Volunteer Ireland, on the European General Assembly of Volunteering, their national volunteering awards campaign, and coordinating the national volunteer programme for Fáilte Ireland’s ‘The Gathering’ campaign in 2013.
